The book relies totally on access to and knowledge of oriental / Chinese healing practices and medicines. It is useless for anyone not trained in oriental medicine or without access to a source of very obscure products.

I gave this a five star because I saw myself (digestive symptoms) described in the book..and that is a first.

I might be biased about this book since I use Health Concern's products in my clinical practice as an acupuncturist with good results, but I think this book is a godsend for people who are tired of masking symptoms with drugs and products that do nothing to cure the problem and often cause side effects that are worse than the illness itself. Andrew's own health problem and long standing cure of Crohn's disease is inspiring.
